Thanks to a notarial training course, our dual expertise Lawyer-Notary gives us an overall view of your requirements and allows us to efficiently organise all needed asistance – regarding judicial, legal and tax aspects – cost-effectively.
This dual expertise can be particularly useful with real estate transactions; for example, it can allow an effecient monitoring of the whole buying or selling process and an effective real estate ownership structuring (creation of a property management company - Société Civile Immobilière "SCI").
Depending on the client's needs, our mission can also include Family Office services, such as management of legal and financial affairs, day-to-day accounting and payroll activities, household staff management, travel arragements, etc.

TOMBOIS AVOCATS is registered to act on behalf of fiduciary beneficiaries as a recognized Lawyer-Trustee, like less than 10 lawyers in France.
This distinctive characteristic adds the French equivalent of trust, known as Fiducie, as a new tool for family governance, for example as a protection against possible creditors.
TOMBOIS AVOCATS can also advise on trust contract's drafting or act as trustee, i.e. hold property on behalf of its clients.

After attending the German department of the Lycée International de St Germain en Laye, he continues with a Franco-German Law degree from the Université de Paris X, and attends the DESS droit notarial course at Paris II Panthéon-Assas with Monsieur le Professeur Michel GRIMALDI.
Jurist at the law firm HOHL & Associés since January 2000, he is admitted to the Paris Bar on 7 January 2004, and becomes a partner in January 2005.
In January 2014, HOHL & Associés becomes Bassano Avocats and at the same time, Alexis creates SELARLU BASSANO FIDUCIAIRE - now TOMBOIS AVOCATS - to practise as Lawyer-Trustee.
From 2007 to 2014, he is Secretary-General of the Union des Avocats Européens, an association gathering about 400 lawyers from the European Union.
